Lunch subsidies / free refreshments and snacks are offered.Job description:Your key responsibilities as the HR Systems Analyst will consist of:- Supporting the HR Systems & Pensions Manager with the system administration for ResourceLink and MyView, including configuration, testing and implementing new functionality and associated documentation- Attending the Zellis review meetings and monthly calls alongside the Payroll Manager and the HR Systems & Pensions Manager- Working with the HR Systems & Pensions Manager, Payroll Manager and HR Director on the delivery of projects within People Services such as evaluating, piloting or implementing new systems and system changes. This could include SAP SF, Core HR, Core Payroll,Gladis, ATS, GBG. Where appropriate take a lead role on key areas of these projects- On-going system maintenance on HR systems such as Payroll, Elior Talents & GBG- Support with the interfacing of data between ResourceLink and both Highfield and Thrive working with the L&D and S&W teams to ensure the systems hold accurate information- Maintain and develop the reports currently provided to the wider HR team, ensuring prompt delivery of accurate data to the wider team. Where required create new reports to support specific projects as required- Collate the data to ensure that all information required is included in the CSR reports and these can be completed- Carry out annual uploads and activities such as the upload of bank holidays, long-service awards and bought holidays into the payroll system and send out the applicable emails to colleagues for these where required- Support the Elior Talents system and reporting within this system working closely withthe Talent & Resourcing Manager and her team- Work with the Project Lead on the Andjaro role out to help with the provision of data to the wider business- Support in the Gender Pay Gap Reporting for the business on an annual basisProfile description:The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future HR Systems Analyst include:- A strong background in systems. Ideally familiar and confident in using the Zellis software, i.e. Resourcelink, RRS and MyView. Demonstrable ability to extract and manipulate data from these systems- Good communicator with the ability to solve problems and to communicate with stakeholders at all levels- Proven ability to work analytically with complex/detailed information with an excellent eye for detail- Able to work with a range of stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project work- Highly organised with excellent, demonstrable Microsoft Office skills- A team player with a flexible approach to work and job variety- Warm, friendly and genuine
