We also have a Residential Care Home in Brierfield,Nelson.Do you want to get a rewarding career in care Want to become a care professional or continue your career in providing care or, Would like to play your part as a community hero We can help you!Delta Care Ltd is offering work on a permanent or temporary basis across all surrounding areas of Cheshire East including MACCLESFIELD, WILMSLOW, KNUTSFORD, POYNTON & MOREwith many full-time and part-time positions available to you.*** Evenings and Weekend work available ****** Drivers and Walkers are welcome! ****** Part-time & Full-time Hours to suit your availability ****** Contracted hours available (25hr, 30hr & 35hr) ***No qualifications or previous experience is required as we do offer full paid training and an enhanced DBS check!Role:The role is community-based, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently. This will also consist of providing personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation.Responsibilities: To read and follow the individualized care plan. To assist Service Users with getting in and out of bed. To provide assistance with washing/bathing and dressing (Including washing hair, body, teeth, etc.) To prepare meals, drinks, and snacks, as and when necessary. To provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes, as and when necessary. To provide assistance with daily living tasks, including cleaning, shopping, and paying finances. To monitor the health of the Service User and to report any changes to the Registered Care Manager. To encourage Service Users towards a degree of independence and activity appropriate to their ability. Log in and out of Service Users homes. To adhere by Delta Care Ltd Health and Safety policies. To complete medication records and care sheets.This is not an exhaustive list of duties; there may be other tasks that you are required to do that do not form part of this Job Description.Hours of duty:Mornings: 7 AM - 2 PMEvenings: 3 PM - 10 PM(We kindly ask that you work every other weekend)Our New & Increased Rates of Pay:Monday to Friday - £10.06 (50p Performance Bonus Included)Saturday to Sunday- £10.36 (50p Performance Bonus Included)Mileage pay - 30p (per mile)Where to find our Office:Suite 11 1-3 Charter House, Charter WayMacclesfieldSK10 2NGWhat makes us unique:.
