Job Description

Customer Service Advisor Macclesfield - £22,000 - £24,000 + benefitsA well respected building services company who have built their reputation on providing excellent customer service are looking for an experienced customer services advisor to join their team. The main duties of the role will be to provide operational supportto the busy operational team who cover all of the North-west.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through excellent communication
  • Liaise with customers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth running of all operations
  • Order materials via purchase orders
  • Ensure that each engineers day is ordered efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor both engineers and their vehicles to make sure all relevant qualifications and certificates are up to date; re-booking training courses/repairs when necessary
  • Ensure that all records are kept up to date
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A strong foundation of basic IT skills
  • Be a problem solver
