Job Description

Position: Business AdministratorLocation: Office based – (74 King Edward St, Macclesfield SK10 1AT)Working Hours: 25 hours per week, starting 8.45 amSalary: £14880 - £15,335Contract: Part time, PermanentAbout Us:Premier Estates is an award-winning managing agent that successfully maintains one of the largest and most diverse residential property portfolios in the UK. The Business Support department is responsible for the smooth running of all back-office functions within the business, including HR and IT.This role together with the Office Manager and Receptionists make up the Business Administration team covering areas such as company cars, office environment & security, reception & switchboard and office supplies.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Work alongside the Office Manager and assist them with their areas of responsibility, examples of which are:
    • Maintenance of the Macclesfield office
    • Health & Safety for the Macclesfield office
    • Maintenance of other company properties/offices
    • Company car fleet
    • Printers and post room machinery
    • Printed stationery such as business cards
    • Stationery, kitchen and washroom supplies
    • Travel
    • Petty cash
    • Off-site archiving
    • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other teams in the department.
    • Cover reception/switchboard during the lunch hour when one of the receptionists are absent.
    • Undertake other general duties as required from time to time to assist in the success of Premier Estates.

  • Microsoft office, basic level or higher
