Job Description

Are you passionate about creating delicious and nutritious meals Are you looking to join a dynamic and supportive team in the school catering industry based in Lymm If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-2:30pmHourly rate: £11.44 per hour DBS is EssentialResponsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and serving meals for our students and staff.
Ensure food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner, following all health and safety regulations.
Carry out general kitchen tasks, including cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Assist in organising special events and themed menus to enhance the dining experience.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, placing orders as required.

Requirements:

A passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for our students.
Previous experience in a catering role is desirable but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with the catering team and other school staff.
