You will be processing 300 monthly invoices as well as administrating payment runs and reconciling supplier statements. Experience of automation is desirable but not essential.Duties are listed below.

• Processing 300 monthly purchase invoices
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Administrating payment runs
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Closing the ledger at period end
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Reconciling petty cash
• Month end journal processing
• Preparation of Creditor listing for close of month
