End User Support EngineerSalary Range: Up to £33,000Number of Openings:2Job Type: PermanentHybrid Model: 5 days a week onsiteOffice Location:Loch Lomond, GlasgowAbout the Role:My client, a leading IT Solutions Consultancy requires a skilled EUCengineer with excellent hands-on and customer-facing experience to join their team on a permanent basis. Some of the requirements of the role include -

• Providing deskside support
• Managing tickets via ITSM tool i.e. ServiceNow
• Hardware support/fixes
• Configuring new users/devices
• Supporting Microsoft applications
• IT asset management
• Meeting room support
• Active directory support and registering
• Understanding of server infrastructure and networking/cabling
