Job Description

HR Coorindator - 12 month FTC for mat cover. £18k-£19k per annum but this will be pro rata as it is a 30 hours per week.Based in Smart offices in Birchwood WA3 - you will work with a busy friendly HR TeamSupport by providing appropriate administration support to the HR Team / Support recruitment processes where necessaryProvide support for annual pay review and production of letters and updating of systemsEnsure effective use of IT systems, in line with the relevant Company policies and proceduresTo support in all HR administration and payroll activities.Provide an efficient internal service by adhering to service standards / SLA’sSupport the HRSSC coordinators and People Services Manager with the development and improvement of departmental processes to gain the maximum efficiency for the HR departmentTo receive and log all queries via telephone, emailSKILLS NEEDED- Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise own workAbility to work on own initiative / Attention to detail / Good literacy / numeracy skillsAn appropriate level of Customer Service and Administration skills / Ideally have a working knowledge of HR & Payroll systems and databasesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelGood at relationship building, internally and externally with suppliers / Experience of customer interaction and following of processes.
