Full Time, Permanent
£25,000 - £30,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 04:00am - 13:00 PM

Our three core values are integrity, empathy and great work ethic.We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager for the morning shift to join our busy warehouse sortation.You will work directly with the AM Team to structure and manage the warehouse and the staff daily. This is a hands-on role, and you will be getting involved with the day-to-day duties, with the Warehouse Operatives, to make sure targets are met to the highstandards we set.Responsibilities of the job:

Ensure that all trunks are in and unloaded on time.
Ensure the team is in full attendance and source the provision of additional cover if required.
Planning, setting, and routing the deliveries across 17 main routes and cover routes.
Setting up the scanners for drivers
Supervise the morning team to fulfil required criteria (including drivers/warehouse etc.).
Provide stand-by relief drivers when required.
Ensure self and team adhere to the warehouse procedures, regarding Health and safety working practices.
Liaise with other APC depots regarding delivery issues, via telephone and or email.
Collate “pickup request” collections and raise discrepancy sheets for the evening shift.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
Supervise driver tracking daily.
To carry out other tasks that may be required by the company from time to time.
Achieve and exceed KPIs set by APC Overnight
