Job Description

Implementation Consultant - Remote Working Im working with a company near Guildford that creates an award-winning cloud & intranet solution who are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their growing family.Due to a huge amount of success the company are growing rapidly and expect to more than double in size in the next couple of years, so its an exciting time to join.This is a varied role and implementation consultants spend lots of time with new clients as they prepare and go through onboarding. You will be key to providing clients with insights, confidence and support.Responsibilities

  • Engaging stakeholders at the outset of projects to define objectives
  • Facilitating stakeholder and user workshops
  • Modelling client requirements for implementation
  • Support product configuration and knowledge transfer.
  • Managing client expectations around timelines and deliverables.
  • Gathering business and functional requirements.
  • Implementing custom information architectures, permission models and content structures.
  • Delivering best practices on how to govern a digital workplace.
  • Provide guidance to the implementation team on new features and adoption opportunities
You will need
  • Confident presenter
  • Able to gather insights into the wider digital workplace market and share thought leadership.
  • Able to create technical specifications for complex and customer 3rd party integrations.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 and productivity suite applications.
  • Innovative thinker with the confidence to contribute ideas and think outside the box.
  • You should be able to quickly build relationships and credibility
