They have built a great reputation in the industry based on their quality of product and service.This role would suit someone with varied engineering product knowledge ideally including Air Compressors, Welding Equipment or similar.The Role:- You will play a key role in all Technical Support across existing products and new product development launches - this will be both to colleagues and customers- Produce colleague trainings and briefings in support of new product launches as well as on existing products and to all new starters.- Deliver training videos on top products as well as some work out on customer sites or at exhibitions across the UK - Working on customer sites varies in frequency but very rare staying awayThe Person:- You will need to have relevant Engineering equipment/product knowledge - Must be confident in dealing with Technical Queries and understanding technical products - Any experience with the following would be beneficial: Welding equipment, Air Compressors, Generators, Industrial Cleaning Equipment - however training can be provided on full product rangeTechnical Support Engineer, Support Engineer, Technical Support, NPI, Air Compressors, Welding Equipment, Sales Engineer, Loughborough, Shepshed, Leicestershire, Coalville, Ashby de la Zouch, Kegworth, Long Eaton, Leicester, Swadlincote,If you are interested and think that you meet these criteria then apply or contact Olly Shone Required skills
