They were established over 35 years ago and together with quality and innovation, this has culminated in the developmentof its current portfolio of products and services that acknowledge the requirements of the client, designer and end-user, enabling the creation of attractive, innovative and energy-efficient buildings that are aesthetically pleasing and functional.They are looking to recruit a full time (37 hours) Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team based at their Loughborough offices.Skills and abilities of the Sales Support Administrator:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing calls as appropriate.
  • Making external contact with contractors and specifiers to locate / prospect sales leads.
  • Qualifying leads and forwarding them including relevant contact information and background information to the external sales team for action.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Receiving, sending and responding to correspondence including letters, emails, etc. and filing of the same.
Key Requirements of the Sales Support Administrator
  • Ability to engage and correspond verbally and in writing at all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Working to deadlines
  • Accuracy of work and record keeping
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and use of basic database and online resources.
  • A full clean driving licence is also preferred but not essential.
