About you:As a Sales Programme Manager youll be instrumental in shaping and implementing the strategic sales programs which will take The Access Group into the next phase of our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing,and managing Sales Programs across multiple divisions in the Access Group.. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Day-to-day, you will:• Program Management: Designing, implementing, and managing programmatic initiatives with multiple high performing sales teams which deliver the required pipeline and revenue to meet our company goals and targets.• Pipeline Governance: Driving governance and operational rigor in pipeline management and sales execution.• Functional Alignment: Strategic alignment and planning with key demand generation/sales stakeholders to deliver a simple, cohesive and effective demand generation plan.• Process Management: Diagnosing, documenting and driving changes in the Access Group sales processes to improve our sales teams effectiveness and efficiency.• Sales-Marketing Alignment: Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams to deliver the highest quality sales plays and programs in each of our sales divisions and maximise every lead in our organisation.• Business Analysis: Analysing business performance and directly addressing those challenges with impactful programs.• Providing training and enablement across the organisation to both account executives and sales leaders.• Metrics and Performance Analysis: Define and track key metrics to evaluate sales teams and program performance with a continuous feedback loop to drive improvements.oSupporting the attainment of 100% of the Sales teams against PipeGen Targets per month and quarter with impactful programs.oSupporting the delivery of minimum one sales play per division per month in partnership with the marketing team.oSupport the increase of the average sales productivity by 5% - 10% through programmatic & strategic initiatives.oSupport the maintenance or increase of existing close rates on pipeline across our new business, account management and digital sales teams.• Ready to share in the success of our Sales teams globally Apply now to become an Access group Sales Programs Manager and be a part of our exciting journey!Your skills and experiences might also include: Include here some of the skills or expertise that are desired but not essential for the role.
