Job Description

At Marsden Exhibitions, we have an exciting opening for a Marketing Executive to join our family-run business in Loughborough and be at the forefront of shaping innovative strategies for our premium exhibition and events agency.An enticing salary of up to £35,000 awaits. Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UKMarsden Exhibitions was established in 2003 with the vision of providing exceptional exhibition stand design, build and management services globally.Our roots began as Storm Exhibitions, which designed, built and installed its first exhibition stand in 1996. Storm later merged into Marsden Direct Group in 2003 to form Marsden Exhibitions.From inception, we delivered a customer-first attitude and best-in-class solutions for our clients.About the Role:As our new Marketing Executive, youll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, contributing to the development and implementation of our strategies.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our business goals
  • Creating and executing dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Managing our social media presence and engaging with followers
  • Ensuring our website content aligns seamlessly with our overall marketing strategy
  • Crafting compelling press releases and marketing materials
  • Actively managing our social media presence and fostering interaction with followers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key media contacts to secure positive coverage
  • Tracking and analysing marketing results using analytics tools, optimising campaigns for maximum impact
  • Attending industry events to network with potential clients and proactively promote the Marsden Exhibitions brand
Working Arrangements:We can offer the successful applicant full time hours or flexible part time hours. If you were to work part time, this would be across a minimum of three days a week but we are open to discussions around the finer details.Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in events or exhibitions
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in marketing software and social media platforms
  • Creative problem-solving approach and a passion for generating fresh ideas
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
