He has a condition called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. This is a muscle-wasting condition which affects all of his muscles.He is a full-time wheelchair user, but he doesn’t let this define his life, he is all about the whole University experience, going out with friends, late nights, and being socially active.He can do a lot for himself, when it comes to Personal care, Dressing, Cooking and University work, but would need help taking him to Uni is his car, Cleaning, and general support.Our client is looking for a PA who can support him to enjoy his university life! That includes supporting him to events, socialising with friends, supporting him with his swimming, hydrotherapy and taking him to meet his family and friends. There will betrips to London and back every few weeks.About the JobThis is a fantastic opportunity to truly make a positive difference in somebody else’s life.
