HR Business Partner – 11 Month ContractLocated in Loughborough, this school Multi Academy Trust are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to an 11 month contract (Through to the end of the year) with a focus on Reward Management and Job Evaluation.The role will be based at the Trust Head office in Loughborough and is offered on a full-time basis. There is the option to work in the office full time, there is also the possibility of a hybrid role working 2 days a week from home and 3 days in the office.HR Business Partner***11 Month Contract***Equivalent Annual Salary - £44,428 - £50,512***To Start ASAP***Loughborough***Reward Management and Job Evaluation FocusThis School Multi Academy Trust with the head office in Loughborough in Leicestershire are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to an initial 11 month contact to run from as soon as possible through to the end of 2024. The role is offered on a full-timebasis for an initial 11 month period to run through to the end of 2024. The role can be done with full time in the office or is available on a hybrid working basis with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.The role itself is that of a HR Business Partner with a focus on Reward Management and Job Evaluation. Working in partnership with key stakeholders, the HRBP will be responsible for developing and delivering the job evaluation and reward and recognitionstrategies across the Trust. They will bring their experience of managing reward programmes, including public sector job evaluation methodology, to contribute to the development and delivery of a reward strategy across the Trusts Academies and Central Functionteams.The HRBP will be experienced in job evaluation/role analysis, have excellent analytical skills and have a highly creative approach to solving complex issues. Effective relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills are key to the role.
