HR Advisor£33kLoughboroughOffice based (but with some flex)Permanent Full TimeFlowers Associates are working with a highly regarded organisation in the heart of the community of Loughborough who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their close-knit team that’s currently undergoing a reorganisationThe Role:Working within the People Team in all aspects of generalist HR inclusive of the entire employee lifecycleYou’ll be partnering with the wider organisation in advising, coaching and ensuring adherence to company policies. Leading and driving company culture, one which is focussed on positive engagement and wellbeing. There are ER aspects to this role, not a hugepart but there will be some. Where required, you’ll lead on disciplinaries and grievances, conducting the investigations and escalating where necessary.The broader elements of the role will focus on you engaging with the training dept, rolling out comprehensive training plans. You’ll also work closely with recruitment, particularly onboarding and ensuring a positive experience in the early days of the employeelifecycle.The ideal candidate:This role is an incredible opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to work within an organisation which is well known for the good it does for the families it supports.You’ll already be operating at Advisor level with experience in a generalist capacity. CIPD Level 5 or 7 would be desirable but not essential. It’s your experience and core values that will count.You’ll need to have an autonomous approach, confident in the way you communicate in demonstrating your in depth HR knowledge, especially equality, diversity and inclusion related legislation, employment law and data protection laws.This role would be ideal for someone who thrives in a busy working environment, perhaps isn’t thriving too quickly to reach management status but motivated by being hands on and making a valuable difference to the daily operation.The BenefitsSalary guide c£33k, flexible working, pension scheme, Death in Service, Healthcare Plan, Parking, Subsidised canteen onsite
