Job Description

Junior Project Engineer Role:
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • Research prospect organisations, creating an initial interest in the company offering and booking meetings with key decision makers
  • Support the set-up of new projects with your allocated existing and new organisations
  • Manage projects from initial proposals through to completion, working with both the client and other teams within the business
  • Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and met, seeking any up or cross-sell opportunities and ultimately securing ongoing business from your clients
Junior Project Engineer Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Ambitious and determined
  • Team player, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
