Job Description

Data & Reporting Analyst -£40,000 - £45,000 - Leicester (Hybrid Working)Futures have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data & Reporting Analyst to join a leading, global, billion £ food manufacturer who are well-known in the market for their great tasting products!This company will invest in the development of this role, equipping you with the key skills for the present and ensuring you have a fulfilling, long term career.This Data & Reporting Analyst will play a key role within the Responsible Business Team, with responsibility for providing technical data management expertise across a range of projects. These exciting projects include; climate change, food waste, packaging,plastics, carbon emissions and supply chain risks. You will also be responsible for reporting to ensure successful sourcing through supply chain.Key Duties and Responsibilities of a Data & Reporting Analyst Include:

  • Development and implementation of robust and auditable data capture and management systems
  • Maintenance and improvement of KPI dashboards and monthly reporting of performance
  • Organising, cleansing and analysis of large datasets
  • Provide insight and recommendations through trend reports to allow operational and corporate teams to make informed decisions and prioritise actions
  • Perform data quality checks and follow-up on missing or incorrect data to ensure robust data set
  • Preparation and trend analysis of data for robust external performance reporting such as company annual reports
Experience and Skills Required of a Data & Reporting Analyst
  • Experience working within an Analyst role, with a strong insight in to Sustainability
  • Experience of working within a FMCG/Manufacturing environment
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Experience in planning and implementing projects
