Job Description

We are currently searching for a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to becomea vital part of our bustling team in Loughborough.As the Customer Service Team Leader, youll support the Customer Service Manager by supervising daily activities and ensuring seamless communication with the Sales Department. Key responsibilities include monitoring order processing, investigating creditclaims, and reviewing customer orders to ensure on-time fulfilment. Youll also maintain up-to-date customer forecasts, compile OTIF reports, and assist in sales invoicing and price monitoring. This role is vital in maintaining compliance with GXP proceduresand provides a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact.Customer Service Team Leader Requirements:

  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and people skills.
  • The ability to motivate, lead and inspire a team.
  • Proactive customer focus approach
  • Flexible can-do attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
Desirable
  • Previous work experience within a GMP/GDP environment.
  • Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
