Job Description

Company: Leading Plant Hire Company Job Title: Hire Controller Location: Longbridge, Birmingham Salary: £25k - £32k + Bonus + benefits Hours: MondayFriday 07.3017:00 (1 hour lunch)Our fantastic client is looking for an enthusiastic confident individual to work as an implant hire controller. The role will involve looking after one large customer and making sure equipment is delivered on time across the UK. This is an excellent positionwith definite opportunities for progression and promotion.Duties will include:

  • Taking hire orders from sites across the UK - Customer service.
  • Liaising with the national depot to organise deliveries and collections.
  • Dealing with customers and drivers.
  • Maximise hire & sales revenue opportunities
  • Liaising with customers, assisting them with their enquiries.
  • Liaising with the Sales Representatives and Depot Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • IT literateconfident in using various systems
  • Organisation / Personality / Drive and intelligence / Communication skills
  • Beneficial to have experience of any type of equipment hire role within Plant Hire / Tool Hire / Powered Access / Lifting Industry.
  • Construction based background would be advantageous.
