The team act as an initial point of contact for customers and supportwith enquiries from clients, agency workers and the wider operations of the business. It is a really rewarding role where your actions can improve peoples lives every day.Everyday you will

  • Lead and co-ordinate shifts daily. Ensure workload is shared amongst team on each shift and processes and procedures are followed strictly.
  • Be resilient with your approach to work always presenting professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and colleagues.
  • Provide support to the Team Managers, Ops Manager and Regulations Manager acting as an initial escalation point of contact for clients, families and commissioners.
  • Liaise with external clients to enhance client relationship to support business growth, often establishing additional demand and promoting nurse availability.

  • Previous experience within a similar role or scope to move into this role. E.G- Team Leader or Senior positions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills within customer service, both written and verbal.
