We care passionately about our nurses and the difference they make to the lives of patients and clients.As our Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator, you will support the Team Leader so they can recruit and onboard Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants to the agency to support our clients needs. Were looking for someone with excellent customer serviceto provide Nurses with the best experience when guiding them through the recruitment and onboarding process.Everyday you will

  • Undertake all administrative activities needed to recruit an agency worker
  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants going through the recruitment journey, answering telephone and email queries and guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Compliance check all documents provided by applicants, ensuring they meet our requirements
  • Work as part of a productive team making sure the departments objectives and KPIs are being met
