Juice Recruitment are thrilled to be working with an industry leading healthcare provider with offices in Long Ashton, Bristol. Seeking a Care Co-ordinator to assist with the coordination of a number of healthcare professional shifts for private and publicsector clients in core hours between 7am-10pm (working on a shift pattern basis).Working in a friendly, supportive team environment you will be the first point of contact for clients and health professionals alike handling staffing requests, collecting availability and offering frontline support via phone and email. Other responsibilitieswithin this fast-paced office role include:Coordinating healthcare shifts via phone and emailHandling inbound calls efficiently and politely & making outbound calls to Health professionalsCompliance administrationUpdating internal databases and spread sheetsCompleting document checklists for new startersThis is a temporary ongoing position for 4- 6 months with a scope to go permanent, the 8-hour shift patterns are as follows:Monday - Sunday7-3pm9-5pm11-7pm2-10pmPaying £10.25ph (up to £21500 pro rata) this is the perfect position for candidates with outstanding customer care experience looking for ongoing work with scope to go permanent.
