Job Description

Role - UI/UX Developer (Javascript, HTML, CSS)Duration & type: 12 months Rate - up to £500/day + holidays, pension (total package ~650-700/day)My client is a leading Investment Bank that is known for a down-to-earth, collaborative, and tech-focused culture. They are looking for a strong UI/UX Developer to join an exciting Front Office team.Role Responsibilities:

  • Build front-end components with a framework and generic pattern mindset for scale across multiple dimensions - optimized compute/performance, functional, visualization, quality control
  • Think API ie build your front-end with generic primitives exposed to back-end developers through a clear API
  • Build a cohesive, simple and pleasant experience for users
  • Develop scalable real-time low-latency processing front-end solutions in an agile delivery method
  • Develop and maintain automated testing
  • Own and build the visualizations and interactions end-to-end (UI, back-end for UI) using a modern and high-performance stack for all users
    • Requirements
  • Building critical low-latency/data-analytics driven UIs solutions
  • Ability to think "Products" with a strong alignment with expected business outcomes/journeys
  • In-depth Javascript/html5/css experience with proven outstanding results for ticking data/Realtime visualization leveraging modern open source js libraries - react, highchart, d3js, experience implementing grids for big data and ticking data.
