Job Description

This is an opportunity to work for one of Londons leading agents in South West London. This is a rare chance to join the best office within this company so the bar is high, yet the successful candidate will have the one of the best opportunities thatscome across our desk in a while.Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate property sales and guide clients through the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with other members of the sales team to achieve targets
  • Keep up-to-date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in property sales and negotiation
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Results-oriented and target-driven
  • Knowledge of the property market and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Package:
  • £23,000 basic
  • Car allowance
  • £70,000 OTE
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays
