Job Description

Broadgate Search are partnered with a FTSE250 Listed Banking Group who are recruiting a Trade & Transaction Reporting Analyst to join the team.The role will be based in their London office with flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.This is a great opportunity where you can get a wide amount of exposure to various different trade reporting regulations, in a large team with good scope for progression opportunities.Package for this role includes a very competitive basic salary, plus a discretionary annual bonus and a great company benefits package.To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 2 years experience in any of the following reporting regulations: EMIR, Dodd Frank Act, Canadian, ASIC, SFTR and MiFID II/MIFIR.Responsibilties include:

  • Regulatory transaction reporting to meet IBPs and clients reporting obligations.
  • Trade / transaction requirements for EMIR, Dodd Frank Act, Canadian, ASIC, SFTR and MiFID II/MIFIR, liaising with Compliance team and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining the static data required for trade and transaction reporting where required; liaising with CLM, Document Management, Client Services, Trading Desks and Legal teams. Data including but not limited to - LEIs and BIC/FRNs, internal flags and codesfor delegate reporting.
  • Monthly reviews/sample checking from source systems (Calypso, Chi, RIMS) against various Repository system records (UnaVista, DTCC and DTCC Asia)
