Mortgage Paraplanner/ Mortgage Administrator/ Mortgage Support/ Mortgage Underwriter/ Mortgage Case ManagerLocation: LondonMinimum Requirements: Paraplanning & mortgage admin experienceEmployed role: £25,000- £45,000 basic, bonus and benefitsYOUR NEW COMPANYA leading HNW Mortgage business is currently seeking a Mortgage Administrator/Paraplanner to join their growing team.The role will be to provide mortgage support to a friendly team of Mortgage Advisors. Working as part of a team you will have experience of mortgage support and work as part of a support team.You will be required to liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders including clients, solicitors and lenders.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and expanding company where the rewards and career progression are excellent, with the option to progress your career.This is a very well-respected firm looking to grow their paraplanning and support team.The business delivers a modern mortgage advice experience and is a multi-award-winning business.THE ROLEDuties include:

  • Analysing and assessing loan documentation, including income sources, bank statements, credit and valuation reports
  • Carrying out a variety of checks, assessing suitability for the loan
  • Obtain outstanding information from third parties through proactive chasing, as well as providing updates to ensure service levels are exceeded
  • Liaising with a variety of third parties, including introducers, valuers and solicitors
  • Managing cases from initial underwrite through to completion
  • Dealing with cases ranging from £150,000 up to £50,000,000.
  • Deals vary from Residential Purchases and Remortgages to Commercial Loans including financing of Shops, Offices and Restaurants.
  • Financing Development schemes ranging from 1 house up to 250 houses plus.
