Job Description

Technical Project Manager- London- 12 Months- £40-£44 ph PAYEA global technology company are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. The successful candidate will plan, direct or coordinate activities in such as fields as information systems, systemsanalysis and computer programming.Responsibilities:

  • Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
  • Manage backup, security and user help system
  • Operating smaller budget projects
  • Consult with users, management, vendors and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
  • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
  • Provide users with technical support for computer problems
Skill/s Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with program management principles
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximising the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage ones time
