Job Description

Staff booking Team LeaderA Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a temporary staff booking team leader to join an NHS organisation in London. Using your expertise you will be contributing to the provision of an efficient and professional temporary staffing service.Description:In joining the people & culture department as a staff booking team leader, you will play a pivotal role in the day to day line management of the trusts temporary staffing team.

  • You will be tasked with leading compliance through to statutory and mandatory training.
  • Assisting with specific projects in Trust Bank, from planning to implementation.
  • Handling recruitment, compliance checks, managing data and reports, staff requests, processing invoices along with weekly payroll activities.
  • Liaising with agencies ensuring a high quality service is provided.
  • Representing the Temporary staffing manager at internal and external meetings.
  • Managing a group of up to 6 staff, previous experience in this would be beneficial.
  • It is essential you have Healthroster, ESR & NHS experience!
  • NHS Trac job experience is desirable.
