Job Description

Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice and support to the Global Transactions and Payment Services team • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Manage external legal counsel and provide guidance on legal matters • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and provide solutions • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business Profile requiredRequirements: • Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of experience in commercial law • Experience in financial services, particularly in global transactions and payment services • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the UK and Europe • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for career development and growth • Dynamic and collaborative work environment • Commitment to diversity and inclusion Why join usPeople join for the impact they can have on us.
