The ClientSpecialising in youth and education, this research and insight team is part of a wider education tech platform business, focusing both social impact and commercial research. They are based in London, currently working from home and offering future flexible working. They are now looking for a Senior Research Executive to join them to focus on a range of impact evaluation and quantitative research projects, supporting the growth of the team. They are looking for someone who is passionate about issues and challenges facing young people today and how education programmes can help to benefit them.The Role In this role you will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, delivering insights from data to showcase findings to clients. Working mainly on impact and evaluation studies, the key focus of this role is to ensure that the relevant messages are communicated both internally and externally. The role is largely quantitative in focus, but will require some qualitative research input from time-to-time. Key Duties Include:- - Preparing reports and presentations for clients, to communicate the story behind the research findings- Being the day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders - Reporting and presenting impact data that will support the sales teams - Creating research materials for quantitative and qualitative projects - Analyse survey data by evaluating trends and emerging themes, and summarising relevant findings- Working with external suppliers to ensure the delivery of timely of research projects, within budget The Candidate- You will have a strong background in quantitative research methods, ideally with exposure to working on impact and evaluation areas- A passion for working on youth and education sectors - Experience with data analyses and analytical software - experience with Excel, SPSS, R or Tableau would be an advantage - Experience working with large datasets, carrying out analysis and identifying key trends and messages - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate to a high level
