Job Description

SENIOR CRM MANAGERCENTRAL LONDON (HYBRID )POPULAR FOOD CHAINOverviewHarnham is working exclusively with a well-known food chain on a Senior CRM Manager. This role is crucial in developing their CRM function and taking ownership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take full ownership and devise strategy and implementit.The roleYou will be responsible for:

  • Identifying customer concerns, pain points and drop offs relating to marketing, product & sales
  • Identifying opportunities within each purchase funnel
  • Creating campaigns based on user behaviour - for new/returning users and for different stages of customer lifecycle
  • Developinig strategies to improve conversion across the customer experience
  • Taking a customer-centric approach and focusing on their database marketing - this could be through push notification, in-app or email
The experienceIdeally you will have:
  • Experience within Retail, Hospitality or QSR
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Experience managing digital products
  • Be a self-starter
