A well known organisation providing FX risk management and payment solutions are looking for a new Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team in London.Client DetailsSalesforce Administrator - FX Risk ManagementThe organisation is extremely well established within the FX space and delivers powerful FX risk management and payment solutions to some of the worlds most respected organisations.DescriptionSalesforce Administrator - FX Risk ManagementAs a Salesforce Admin you will interact with every part of the business to provide bespoke solutions for them. You will implement and audit tools which will allow the business to process transactions in the region of billions of pounds for high-value corporates and institutions around the world. From day one you will be given the opportunity to work on initiatives which are of strategic importance to our business. Developing in-house solutions will provide you with the opportunity to see your products in the hands of end users every day.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to business stakeholders and the in-house sales team.
  • Implement advanced Salesforce functionality to solve business problems and create customised solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Onboard new users, ensuring they have the required permission sets and resources to work efficiently within Salesforce.
  • Actively seek out opportunities to leverage Salesforce, driving productivity gains for a rapidly scaling sales team.
  • Understand Salesforce.com data model, e.g. how and when to create custom objects, use visual flow, or process builder.
  • Continual evaluation and auditing of existing Salesforce security and architecture to ensure its manageability and sustainability.
  • Engage with product managers and key stakeholders through the entire software development lifecycle, keeping them regularly updated on progress and ensuring all requirements are satisfied.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Salesforce team to ensure consistency throughout implementations.

  • Great knowledge of Salesforce.com technologies, and latest out of the box tools.
  • Experience working with both classic and Lightning interface.
  • Hands on experience working with and creating complex reports and dashboards.
  • Exposure to org health check monitoring.
  • Have an understanding of Sales Cloud data structures and their application in Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of security within Salesforce, including managing profiles, teams and permission sets.
  • Experience with international instances, localisation and multi currency.
  • Experience in writing documentation and user manuals.
