As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales opportunitiesfor the company. This role offers uncapped commission potential, providing an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track activities, and report on progress.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales cycle.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is desirable but not essential.
