Sales Account Director Telecom & Technology x2 Remote Working UK Based (Remote working) £110,000 - £140,00,000 inclusive of bonus + £5k car allowance A leading technology organisation based in the UK is currently recruiting for x2 Account Directors who will come on board and be involved in securing the growth of profitable orders and revenue. The successful Account Director will be responsible for forecasting of global orders and revenue for their region through the entire sales cycle from fulfilment and service delivery to payment of invoices. Key Responsibilities * Responsible for the development and closure of net new business within EMEA region. * Focus on the key growth areas of Managed Services around Networking (including SDN/SDWAN) and End-user Computing * Candidate needs to have a "hunter" mentality, enthusiasm and energy * As part of the sales team, develops a competitive sales strategy to be better positioned to meet the customers objectives, and anticipates competitors actions * A consulting approach is used to build solid customer relationships whereby the AD becomes a credible and consistent source of executive alignment in key accounts. * Analyses creation of solution offer and proposal development to ensure it promotes value based pricing * Resolves escalated customer satisfaction issues * Provides clear direction, champions change and influences others to achieve the common goals defined in the business strategy * Communicates any message in a clear, concise, timely and professional manner to successfully convey ideas, concepts, resolutions and fair customer negotiations Basic Qualifications * Bachelors Degree, or equivalent * 8 years plus of related experience * Full Geographic mobility across Global client with a focus on Europe.Spring acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
