By joining our exceptional Retail team you will play a pivotal part in creating an extraordinary experience.We look forward to welcoming visitors again in 2024, by working with us you’ll have the opportunity to join the team who have helped millions over the years enjoy the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace.As a Retail Assistant, you’ll use your customer service skills to engage with and serve visitors and promote the products we have on offer. After training you’ll have the skills to excel in your position, helping your team reach sales targets in supportof our charitable aims.Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a personalised touch, offering informed advice about our exquisite range of products.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a consistently friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
  • Efficiently replenish stock on the shop floor, contributing to a seamless shopping experience.
What Youll Bring:
  • A naturally friendly, welcoming and professional attitude.
  • Motivation and drive to reach targets.
  • Proven team player, able to work flexibly and adapt to a variety of tasks
  • Good numeracy and computer literacy skills.
  • The ability to work on your feet for much of the day.
  • Customer service/sales experience is desired but not essential.
