Job Description

Our client is an international bank based in London now seeking a Relationship Manager where youll play a key role in increasing profits and managing business accounts. Your role will involve looking after and growing company accounts while also carefullymanaging any risks to ensure they remain healthy and successful.**Responsibilities:**- **Colleague Objectives:** Your leadership will involve coaching and training, ensuring quality assurance, preparing and presenting cases, alongside diligent diary management and encouragement of employee engagement.- **Customer Objectives:** You will oversee portfolio management, direct client networking and appointments, drive Trade & FX, and referrals, and ensure the achievement of targeted account opening volumes.- **Commercial Objectives:** Aiming for targeted asset and deposit growth, you will negotiate and submit client proposals, aligning lending disbursements with branch targets.- **Control Objectives:** Ensure meticulous management of credit renewals, compliance monitoring, diligent execution of enhanced due diligence, and strict adherence to all relevant SLAs and policies.- **Branch Support Activities:** Assist with complex credit case inquiries, manage MI, meeting administration, and data analysis within the branch.**The ideal candidate will have :**- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Relationship Manager role within the Banking sector.- Holding all relevant professional certificates with a solid record of Continuous Professional Development.- Demonstrated line management work experience.- The ideal candidate will be business proficient in spoken urdu or hindi**Skills and Competencies:**- Proficient financial and numeracy skills.- Comprehensive knowledge of core products and processes.- A robust understanding of regulatory compliance.- Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities.- Astute negotiation skills.**Attributes:**- Strong communication and active listening skills.- Confidence and excellent presentation capabilities.- Competence in coordination and client facilitation.In return, you can expect a competitive package with excellent benefits.
