A rare and exciting opportunity for a Regulatory and Compliance Officer within New Product Development has arisen to work for a boutique luxury toiletries company based in North West London. This position is a full time permanent role offering a highly competitive salary of £32,000 to £35,000. The role will require someone who is detail orientated and highly organised. You will have responsibility for controlling all technical documentation activities relating to formulated products and purchased or supplied to include include compilation of regulatory PIP files, notification of products within EU (CPNP) and registration of products into export markets. Ensuring all new products comply with relevant regulations and internal policies and ensuring the can be legally sold in all markets. To solve registration problems in existing markets, maintain product files and ensure regulatory approval of all New Product Development formulations, global compliance, claim substantiation and registration. Compiling of technical files, advising on product markings, labeling and claim verification , checking artwork complies with inci and formulations , product registration, product documentation and review/instigate product test reports etc. as needed for each market / custom requirement. The successful candidate will possess a degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar.Previous experience within the beauty or toiletries industry would be highly advantageous
