We are currently looking for ambitiousand motivated individuals who are keen to embrace growth and tackle the impending challenges in this fast evolving industry, joining us on our journey.We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Product LeadCards role is deeply customer-focused, collaborating closely with other key disciplines, and always making decisions with a strong customer and commercialmind-set. The candidate will work closely with the product management team to define and execute the strategy and vision of a new consumer card program. Successful product leads act as owners of the business and are willing to do whatever it takes to deliveras much value as possible to our customers.In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the launch, expansion and overall product management of the consumer card product
  • Own and develop card product roadmap and prioritize product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development.
  • Own product launch readiness to ensure that teams are ready with the information and processes required to support new card features and functionality
  • Lead card proposition and card product design processes, understanding research techniques, design patterns and service design; Seek constant user feedback to iterate on product and experience
  • Work closely with cross functional teams and vendors to implement a new card program across multiple markets, including working with the card scheme to support and launch cards initiatives in various markets
  • Lead the design and delivery of the card servicing experience, ensuring a seamless user experience and enhance with delight and innovative features
  • Act as the go-to card expert to develop customer card propositions and concepts, building and enhancing card capabilities
RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Solid experience in the card payments industry, specifically in card issuance is required.
  • Deep understanding of card program P&L including scheme interchange, scheme processing charges and associated calculations is required
  • Experience launching or operating a consumer card program
  • Can-do mindset to take products and features from 0 to 1
  • Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
  • A hunger to tackle complicated and impactful product & business problems
  • Experience in solution design including creation of value propositions
  • Knowledge of market trends, new technologies and Fintech products
