Prospectus is pleased to be supporting a leading London public research university, who are looking to recruit a part time (0.4FTE) temporary Partnerships Officer for two days per week (14 hours per week). This will be a hybrid working role, with one daya week required onsite in central London. This post is to start as soon as possible, running for 3 months in the first instance.As the Partnerships Officer, you will work proactively across different departments and Faculties at the university to put in places systems and contacts to support incoming students. In this post you will act as contact point for partners sending studentsto study and to assist in organising partner events.To be considered, you will have previous experience working in a similar role with providing proactive administrative support for projects or within professional or central services, from with Higher Education. Excellent relevant IT skills (e.g. MS Wordand Excel) and willingness to learn new software packages. You will be a confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
