RoleAs a result of continued growth, our Client is looking to add an experienced Mortgage Trainer/Tutor to their established delivery team.The Trainer will be expected to deliver classroom-based lectures across CeMAP and CeRER and other related soft skills programmes, predominantly at training venues within London, with potentially additional ad-hoc days at other UK venues. There will be additional responsibility to monitor and develop mortgage apprentices to completion.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the development and progression of others and keen to transfer their mortgage knowledge into a new and diverse opportunity.Responsibilities will include:-· Deliver face to face classroom training to groups of students· Support, advise and motivate learners· Remote management of apprentices· Manage your diary efficiently to ensure planning ahead for future classes· Utilise training materials provided and assist with design and updates of materials when required· Liaise closely with internal departmentsQualificationsFull CeMAP (or equivalent)CeRER desirableBenefitsBonus, 22 days holiday (increasing with service), pension, mileageCandidate Requirements· Must hold full CeMAP (or equivalent) as a minimum · Have solid occupational experience within Financial Services (Mortgages/Financial Advice)· Experience of delivering training sessions in an academic context· Have excellent communication skills and engaging personality· Hold a full, UK driving licence and own vehicle· Must be flexible with travel Required skills
