The People Of: Marketing are working with a well-known global wellbeing and cosmetic brand who are looking for a Marketing Technology (Martech) Lead to join their expanding team.You will be working closely with the Global Creative Operations Director initially focussing on managing, shaping and delivering the rollout and implementation of the global solution. As Martech Lead you will responsible for continuously evolving and extendingthe marketing technology capabilities over time.This role will be a hybrid between their London office and remote working.As Martech Lead, you will have experience in:- Leading/ implementing operationally critical technology.- Working in lean & agile methodologies- Working with both internal and external teams- Managing budgets, creating financial reports and providing stakeholders with regular updates- Understanding data and using these analytics to deliver key insights which will improve revenue and value to the company- Understanding marketing automation such as SEO, Paid Search, Customer segmentation, Website optimization and social media.- The full product life cycle from conception through to service delivery.As Martech Lead, you will be responsible for:- Managing the platform implementation globally- Managing key stakeholders in internal and external teams.- Defining KPIs and success factors- Providing project management support for training and on-boarding sessions- Establishing and setting up UAT (end-user) testing and release management procedures.- Identifying integration and innovation opportunities- Continually evolving and extending martech capabilities, building business cases for approval by Senior Stakeholders
