Job Description

The RoleWe are looking for a smart, proactive, organised IT professional to join us as a Lead IT Support Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and securing our corporate IT systems, leading the day-to-day needs of the business and wider IT related projects. This position will report directly into the CIO.Who You AreWe want to meet you if you have demonstrable experience as an IT support analyst and if your CV evidences:

  • Good practical knowledge of IT systems around Apple Macbooks and W10 Laptops, networking and security principles.
  • Providing systems administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration, trouble-shooting, server
  • infrastructure management, performance monitoring, operating system upgrades, systems backup and recovery, etc.
  • Familiar with ISO27001, ITIL from a helpdesk perspective
  • Strong project management skills
  • Lots of hustle, and a desire to optimise processes and drive positive change
  • Excellent written and spoken English is key as you will be communicating across all areas of the business across 3 continents with employees across the globe.
    • Your past experience will include:
  • Device management solutions (EMMs like MobileIron or Airwatch) to manage fleets of devices across the globe.
  • Networking experience ideally using Ubiquiti network technologies in a multi-site environment.
  • Employee onboarding and induction from an IT and security perspective.
  • A very good awareness of security and Infosec principles.
  • Application management and administration for applications like Jira, Google Business Suite, O365 to name but a few of the 200+ apps we have to support.
  • Good presentation skills to be able to convey all things IT related to our employees.
  • You will be the IT advocate for the organisation.
