Job Description

Responsible for the delivery of all bike rack and locker installs. Gets in and out ... gets the job done and our customers are happy. Minimal defect work. Focus on efficiency & superb delivery.The job requires the perfect balance of solving problems as they appear on a daily basis but also implementing processes and changes to prevent issues reoccurring.Keys indicators of fit:

  • Clear communicator, able to prioritise from the noise and action them.
  • Helps if you’re a genius and not easily stressed.
  • Able to read a colour spreadsheet (Rolling Pick-list).
  • A person who sees the world in systems and is able to manipulate them.

  • Techsavvy to the degree that you are willing and able to use Slack, Asana, GD, Email.

  • Understanding and de-risking projects via great planning and contract management.
  • Ensuring projects are managed safely as well as on time, budget and SNAG free.
  • Managing Projects from end to end (From receipt of a purchase order contract - through to billing at the completion of an installation).
  • Representing us as a professional outfit and managing expectations with client project and contractor teams throughout the project timeline.
  • Direct sub-contracting team to complete installs, within timelines provided at start of each week and to a reasonable standard (largely defect free).
  • Operational process ownership for the UK/EU team.
  • Conducting site surveys and site measures and liaising with the team to ensure project constructibility or utilising sub-contractor support to conduct their own survey.
  • Ensure constructibility and QA check-lists are followed and filed.
  • Complete site documentation and uploading/management ieRAMs, OHEetc.
  • Coordinating site activities including deliveries and oversight of subcontractors, main contractor communications/issue management.
  • Ensure pick-list, asana on-site and project level tasks, are checked up to date and accurate (update every day) this will assist with scheduling future work.
  • Review pick list daily, make sure jobs are ticking over
  • Ensure materials for all jobs are prepped and complete prior to scheduled install (Includes fixings, materials AND documentation (e.g. SWMS/online inductions).
  • Lead the weekly construction conversation with the team at SOW.
  • Oversee work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders.
  • Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects andservices.
  • Corresponding with clients (e.g. builders) regularly to gather up to date information.
  • Working with project managers, architects, engineering professionals, owners andothers to ensure that goals are met.
  • Providing feedback on maintenance of best practice install guidelines and productmatrixs.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and product replacement through our Five at HeartCare scheme.
  • Work with builders (Customers) to ensure that their needs and FAH needs are met
  • Oversee Cadet to Prepare SWMS and safety documentation, sample forms, O&Mforms (including as builts), and ITPs.
  • Oversee Cadet to Ensure that online inductions requirements are arranged/distributed to installers prior to job commencement.
  • Correct deliveries done in a timely fashion to all FAH buildings nationally.
