on a full time (37 hrs per week) permanent basis, to help build our talent pipeline.Reporting into the Recruitment Advisor you will be passionate about recruitment with a strong focus on customer service.Currently due to Covid-19 we are remote working,but accessibility to our Head Office in Wythenshawe or other sites within Manchester is expected when our office return commences.The LTE Group structure encompasses the strengths of each of our individual business units (The Manchester College, UCEN ManchesterNovus, MOL) and subsidiary Total People Limited allowing them the freedom to focus on their own learners, colleagues, stakeholders and communities, whilst providing the support and added value of a Group. Each of our 5,000 colleagues benefits from the opportunityto develop and progress their career within and across our wider Group network.Your missionIn this role you will be responsible for essential recruitment administration, working with our HR Shared Services team, hiring manager community and candidates, inorder to deliver a leading recruitment service.Sense checking requisitions to recruit in the recruitment system (iTrent)Posting job adverts to LTE Group websitesUploading adverts to external job boardsSupporting and training hiring managers through the recruitmentprocessLinking with HR Administration team on offer approval completionsSupporting candidates from application through to on-boarding Who are we looking forIdeally from a recruitment administration background, either agency or in-house Enthusiastic and out-goingpersonality Experience of iTrent an advantage Detail focused Proactive approach to work Values the importance of a positive customer experience Adept liaison ability with both external and internal clients at all levelsWhats in it for youA challenging andcontinuously changing environment.
