Job Description

The HR Team You will be joining at a key and exciting time for the business. With a newly appointed HRD in place ready to undertake new strategic initiatives, you will have the opportunity to collaborate, use your experiences to date and play a key role in the HR functionspositive impact on the business.Location & TravelWith an office location of central London, the HRBP and your colleagues will benefit from meeting you face to face and that will involve visiting various company sites across central London. The company also offers a flexible Hybrid working approach thatallows for a combination of office and remote working.The Candidate Your expertise will be sought after as you provide insightful guidance on a wide range of HR topics, with a focus on ensuring employee engagement and company values. The successful candidate will have considerable experience in Operational HR Business Partnering,with a charismatic and credible approach to introducing and implementing HR initiatives and support.Key Accountability

  • Provide a wide variety of advice and guidance to the management team, with the aim of equipping and enabling them themselves to manage more effectively
  • Supporting the HRD in all aspect of staff engagement
  • Ensuring positive relationships exist on the various sites, responding to any queries or problems that colleagues have and managing their expectations.
  • Handling HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Supporting line managers with various capability investigations, including problem solving and disciplinary when required
  • Assisting with, and developing recruitment campaigns
  • Partnering the HRD in creating a positive working environment
  • Partnering the HRD in setting up the appropriate training frameworks

  • Advising and guiding Senior Managers through to early careers
  • Charismatic, credible approach with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business.
  • Passionate about championing the benefits of HR.
  • In depth Employee Relations experience
