Job Description

Head of CRM / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Retention Marketing needed by a home services marketplace offering the excitement of a start-up with the backing and strength of a well-established, household name. They have a large presence in the UK and will expand into other European territories over time.This will involve setting the CRM strategy by identifying and executing a cross-product and multi-channel campaign that will grow the CRM performance significantly over the coming years.The Head of CRM / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Retention Marketing will:-*Plan, execute and optimise customer communication across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS and instant messaging.*Define, monitor and report on KPIs for customer engagement programmes*Communicate effectively to gain buy-in from a variety of team members from executive level employees to the CEO.*Make decisions that affect critical aspects of the business and interact regularly with company leaders and C-level executives.*Work collaboratively with PPC and social media, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Analytics teams to optimise existing campaigns, create new ones, and create new ways to engage with consumers.The Head of CRM / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Retention Marketing must have:-*Proven B2C experience from any consumer sector, such as retail, eCommerce, fintech, edtech, proptech, healthtech, gaming, travel, media, etc.*5 years + experience leading a CRM of Engagement function is a consumer business*Extensive experience in working with marketing automation CRM and ESP providers (Braze, SQL, Segment etc)*Proven track record in managing complex budgets with a focus on ROI*Deep understanding of personalisation in on/off platform communications and social media landscape*A highly data driven and analytical mindset within their decision making.This is a very exciting opportunity for a Head of CRM / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Retention Marketing to join a company with a brilliant combination of the excitement that comes with a rapid growth start-up company along with the resources and backing of a well-known, house-hold brand.Intelligent People is a specialist Head of CRM recruitment agency Required skills
