Job Description

Group Financial Controller HealthTech scaleup London £75k + Benefits Exceptional opportunity for a qualified and commercially astute Group Financial Controller to test themselves within a hugely exciting health tech scaleup who are growing rapidly in the UK. With plans to expand their operation further and the opportunityto work with an incredibly inspiring CFO, this is a very exciting time to join.As Group Financial Controller, you will take managerial responsibility and act as primary contact for all finance staff, work closely with the CFO developing a growing team, support key projects and drivethe organisation toward their ambitious goals.Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as primary contact across the group for all finance matters
  • Review monthly consolidation journals and production of consolidated management accounts
  • Preparation of statutory accounts for the group
  • Preparation of tax provisions for all entities
  • Preparation of monthly board pack for directors
  • Preparation of key KPIs
  • Manage improvements in reporting including development of dashboards
  • Review of billing processes and implementation of any necessary changes
  • Implementation and preparation of budgets across the group
  • Business partner senior stakeholders across the group
  • Continuous, proactive process improvement
  • Support key projects within the business
Profile:
  • Qualified accountant with 5 years PQE
  • Experience preparing and consolidating management accounts for multiple entities
  • Excellent excel skills and financial modelling
  • Team management experience
  • Exposure to Sage is advantageous however, non-essential
  • Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!
