Our website andapp are a one-stop-shop for event organisers to sell tickets online and for ticket buyers to discover events and buy tickets.This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join our rapidly growing team, as we experience record sales and expand into new areas of ticketing, both in the UK and internationally. We will,in turn, support you to be at your best with flexibility, generous remuneration packages and benefits designed to ensure rest, wellbeing and fun stand alongside engaging and purposeful work.About the role:We are looking for an Account Executive ("AE") to join our fast-growing client services team, which sits at the heart of our company. This is a diverse role, designed to provide early-stage exposure to different parts of the business. In your first 12-months,you will become expert in our product suite and demonstrate your knowledge by engaging with our organiser clients, ticket-buyer customers, and university brand ambassadors. You will work cross-functionally, spending time in our account management, customerservice / operations, and business development teams, with the goal of ultimately specialising in one of these areas.This is a fast-paced, dynamic role which is ideally suited to a graduate looking to join a technology scale-up and gain experience across multiple business areas. The AE will report to the Client Operations Manager.What youll be responsible for:Operations & Customer Service:

  • Take ownership of customer service and client enquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate and process client payments, ensuring accuracy and escalating issues when required.
  • Demonstrate a complete knowledge of FIXRs product suite.
Account Management & Client Success:
  • Serve as point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintain client satisfaction, and build strong long-lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process from deal agreed to full account management responsibility.
  • Establish a strong understanding of competitors, ticketing, and the events industry to identify ways to support and retain clients.
  • Attend both virtual and physical meetings with clients, including through regular travel across the UK.
Business Development:
  • Convert assigned inbound leads into client wins by deploying agreed-upon sales tactics and messaging.
  • Prepare commercial analysis of deals and present proposals to Management for approval.
  • Assist with the operation and development of the FIXR Brand Ambassador network.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations to prospective clients and attend pitch meetings.
